Under the patronage of the President of Al-Zahraa University for Women, Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Sultani, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Assist. Prof. Dr. Ali Al-Khafaji, the Department of Radiology and Sonar Technologies organized a scientific workshop entitled “Uses of Artificial Intelligence (NotebookLM)”, presented by Dr. Murtadha Diaa Mohsen, with the attendance of a number of female students and faculty members.

The workshop introduced the NotebookLM platform developed by Google as one of the modern tools based on artificial intelligence technologies. The lecturer explained how to use the platform and how it can be utilized to organize, manage, and analyze sources and information effectively.

He also discussed the process of adding various sources to the platform and using them to create interactive questions, prepare videos, conduct smart conversations, and generate PowerPoint presentations, in a way that supports and enhances the educational and research process.

The workshop witnessed active engagement from attending students and faculty members. It aimed to develop participants’ skills in using modern artificial intelligence tools and employing them in academic fields, thereby contributing to the advancement of learning methods and scientific research.
