Scientific Workshop Enhances the Fundamentals of Scientific Research
The University Counseling Unit at the College of Pharmacy organized an educational workshop titled "Fundamentals of Scientific Research: Your Guide to Building Strong Research," presented by faculty member Hala Younis Zaini. The workshop targeted first-year students in the college.
The workshop aimed to introduce students to the core concepts of scientific research and the mechanisms for preparing academic papers in a correct and methodical manner. The curriculum covered the entire research process, starting from selecting a research title and formulating the problem statement, to gathering and documenting sources, and finally writing results and recommendations according to established scientific standards.
During the session, the instructor emphasized the importance of developing research skills at an early academic stage, highlighting its vital role in enhancing scientific thinking and building a solid academic foundation to support the students' future careers.
