The Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology, Prof. Dr. Ghaydaa Al-Mulla, participated in the visit conducted by the Presidency of Al-Zahraa University (PBUH) for Women to the University of Anbar, headed by Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Sultani and the university’s senior staff. The visit came within the framework of strengthening academic relations with distinguished Iraqi universities and opening broader horizons for scientific cooperation and the exchange of expertise in the fields of higher education and scientific research.

The visit included an official reception by the Presidency of the University of Anbar, attended by a number of assistant presidents and deans. During the meeting, emphasis was placed on the importance of developing scientific relations between both sides and enhancing cooperation in a manner that contributes to advancing the academic journey, particularly in engineering disciplines, and keeping pace with developments in the higher education sector.

The visit also included an expanded meeting during which avenues of cooperation in scientific and research fields and the exchange of expertise were discussed. In addition, a scientific cooperation agreement was signed, covering the organization of conferences, workshops, and training courses, the exchange of scientific visits, and support for joint research projects, in a way that strengthens the academic partnership between the two institutions.
