ZUW President Honors Anesthesia Department Faculty Members for Excellence in National Standardized Examination Results

The President of Al-Zahraa University (PBUH) for Women, Professor Dr. Zainab Al-Sultani, honored a number of faculty members from the Department of Anesthesia at the College of Health and Medical Technologies in recognition of their distinguished academic efforts and their contribution to achieving first place among private universities and colleges in Iraq in the national standardized examinations for the 2024–2025 academic year.

The honoring ceremony was attended by the University's Scientific Assistant, Professor Dr. Zuhair Mohammed Ali Jidou, Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Al-Qazzaz, and the Dean of the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Professor Dr. Nathir Al-Qatrani. During the event, the University President commended the faculty members for their dedication to educating and academically preparing students, which was clearly reflected in the college’s remarkable achievements.

This recognition comes following the college’s achievement of first place among private universities and colleges in Iraq in several subjects within the national standardized examinations, in addition to the high success rates achieved by students in the second, third, and fourth academic stages. These accomplishments demonstrate the quality of the educational process and the college’s continuous commitment to academic excellence.

The University Presidency emphasized that this recognition represents an appreciation of the faculty members’ sincere efforts and serves as an incentive for continued dedication and excellence, contributing to further strengthening the university’s academic and scientific standing.
