The President of Al-Zahraa University (PBUH) for Women, Prof. Dr. Zainab Al-Mulla Al-Sultani, received on Wednesday a delegation from the Higher Education Platform (HEPIQ), headed by Mr. Farand Amin Ibrahim, Project Management Officer, to discuss the implementation mechanisms of the Student Information System (SIS) for student registration. The meeting was attended by a number of senior university staff members.

 

As part of the visit, the HEPIQ team conducted an introductory and practical workshop addressing the system’s operating mechanisms and implementation requirements. The workshop also discussed the challenges and difficulties associated with its use and explored appropriate solutions to facilitate registration procedures, enhance administrative and academic operations, and support the university’s digital transformation.

 

The University President emphasized the importance of adopting modern electronic systems to develop the university environment and improve academic administration. She also stressed the need for academic departments to complete the system requirements accurately and within the specified deadlines.

 

The workshop aimed to enhance the efficiency of student data management and electronic organization, improve institutional performance, and raise the quality of educational services provided to students.
