The College of Engineering and Information Technology held elections for the representative of the teaching staff, attended by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Ghaida Abdulhussein Al-Mulla, along with her assistants for scientific and administrative affairs, and members of the teaching staff, in an atmosphere characterised by positive competition and sportsmanship. The elections saw the participation of four candidates, resulting in Prof. Dr. Ali Jaafar Al-Husseini being elected to represent the teaching staff, in a voting process that reflected the spirit of participation, professional responsibility, and respect for the voters' will. The event included speeches from both the Dean and the elected representative, emphasising the importance of teamwork, enhancing cooperation among teaching staff members, and promoting a culture of dialogue and participation in supporting the academic journey and developing the university work environment.
