The Dean of the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Assist. Prof. Dr. Ali Jasim Mohammed Al-Khafaji, held a meeting with the heads of divisions and units of the college, in the presence of the Assistant Deans for Scientific Affairs and Administrative Affairs. The meeting aimed to discuss work mechanisms and administrative organization in a way that enhances performance efficiency and ensures the smooth running of work.

During the meeting, the tasks and responsibilities of the administrative divisions and units were reviewed, as well as the mechanisms of coordination among them. The discussion also addressed ways to develop administrative work and simplify procedures in order to facilitate the completion of transactions and services provided. Emphasis was also placed on the importance of adhering to the approved regulations and instructions and working in a spirit of teamwork in line with the college’s direction toward improving institutional performance.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the Dean stressed the importance of intensifying efforts and strengthening cooperation among all sections of the college to achieve the set goals and enhance the quality of administrative and academic performance in support of the college’s educational mission.
