Prof. Dr. Hamed Ibrahim Abood Al-Tamimi, Head of the Radiotherapy Technologies Department at the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Al-Zahraa University for Women, participated as a member of the examination committee for the Ph.D. dissertation defense of student Wrood Sami Rasool at the  Department of Physics, College of Science, University of Kerbala

  : The dissertation was titled

"Design Doped Graphene / Anatase TiO2 Nanocomposites: DFT Study"

The research addressed cutting-edge scientific concepts by designing advanced nanocomposites combining graphene and titanium dioxide using state-of-the-art simulation software. The study yielded highly promising results with significant potential applications, particularly in the field of lithium-ion batteries
